IRVING – GoodLife Housing Partners has acquired Marbletree, a 416-unit apartment community at 4057 N. Belt Line Rd.
Built in 1982, the property has one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a business center, fitness center, and pool.
Newmark represented the seller, LumaCorp, and arranged acquisition financing through Ready Capital on behalf of the buyer.
The new owner plans to implement a value-add program to the community, which was 98 percent occupied at the time of sale.
