SAN ANTONIO – Encore Enterprises Inc. is developing a five-story, 386-unit apartment complex on 4.2 acres along the Broadway corridor.
Amenities will include a pool, rooftop deck, fitness center, dog park, and clubhouse. A parking structure will also be built on site.
Oden Hughes is the general contractor. JHP Architect/Urban Design is the designer. WGI is the civil engineer.
Construction begins in April or May and will be complete by fall 2023.
