HURST – Gardner Capital has broken ground on Gala at Central Park, a 94-unit affordable seniors housing community at 309 W. Pipeline Rd.
The complex will have one- and two-bedroom floor plans within a three-story residential building. It will also have a two-story clubhouse.
Treymore Construction will serve as general contractor.
Hurst Public Facility Corp. is the development partner, while NDC Corporate and Redstone are the financial partners.
Completion is slated for early 2022.
