AUSTIN – A joint venture between Davis Cos. and Hayden Glade has acquired Rosemont at Hidden Creek, a 250-unit apartment complex at 9345 US 290.
Built in 2006, the property offers one- to three-bedroom units.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, playground, clubhouse, and laundry facilities.
The joint venture will rebrand the community as Eryno Hills.
