SAN ANTONIO – Mitch Meyer is renovating Aurora Apartments into a hotel and building a new multifamily complex.
The 105-unit building at 509 Howard St. opened in 1930 as a hotel and was transformed into housing for elderly, low-income residents.
The new complex at 311 W. Laurel St. will provide housing for Aurora’s current tenants.
