SAN ANTONIO – Terramark Urban Homes is breaking ground on Southlake, a 60-unit townhome community at the Brooks campus.
The community will be on five acres next to the Greenline linear park.
It will have two-bedroom units ranging from 1,305 to 2,265 sf. Prices will start at $270,000.
Construction begins in early 2021.
