Work starts on CenterPoint Logistics Park first phase

​SAN ANTONIO – A partnership between Jackson-Shaw and Thackeray Partners has broken ground on the first phase of CenterPoint Logistics Park, a 65-acre, master-planned industrial park near the intersection of Loop 410 and I-35. 

The 302,518-sf first phase will include three buildings at 4235 Milling Rd. 

Each building will include flexible space for office, showroom, manufacturing, distribution, assembly, and other industrial uses.

R.C. Page Construction is the general contractor. Beaty Palmer Architects is the architect.
