Sherry Lane Place tower sold to CBRE-sponsored fund

​DALLAS – The 20-story Sherry Lane Place tower in Preston Center has sold to a fund sponsored by CBRE Global Investors.

Major tenants include Bank of Texas, Raymond James and Associates, and Unity Hunt Inc.

Built in 1982, the 300,000-sf office tower is just east of the Dallas North Tollway near Douglas Ave. 

The building had been owned by a New York-based real estate investment partnership since 2006.

CBRE will execute a building modernization plan. Cushman & Wakefield marketed the building.
