CanTex Capital acquires 124K-sf value-add in Garland

​GARLAND – CanTex Capital has acquired a 123,800-sf industrial property at 2917 Oakland St.

Stream Realty represented CanTex, while Alt+Co represented the seller.

Hill & Smith is leasing the entire project and will move in by the end of first quarter 2021. 

CanTex also owns an adjacent 162,000-sf facility at 2900 W. Kingsley Rd. which allowed for an aggregation of 17 contiguous acres.
