AUSTIN – Weaver Buildings has broken ground on Capitol Quarters, a 90-bed co-living housing project at 1108 Nueces St.
Amenities will include a bike storage facility, roof deck, and ground-floor retail.
Residents will have access to a communal kitchen and living space.
McKinney York Architects designed the building. Lott Brothers Construction Co. is the general contractor.
