AUSTIN – Sabot Development is developing a 357-unit apartment community on 9.6 acres adjacent to the Lakeline train stop.
The 397,000-sf, four-story property will have one- to three-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a fitness center, clubhouse, and swimming pools.
Construction starts in third quarter 2021.
