PLANO – Dallas-based Champion Partners is redeveloping a 262,000-sf office building in the Legacy business park.
Built on five acres in 1998, the three-story office complex is currently home to Keurig Dr Pepper’s region office.
Dr Pepper’s 1,100 employees will move to a new building in Frisco next year.
HKS will design the $5 million development, which will break ground mid-2021.
New York-based Taconic Capital is a partner on the project.
