FATE – The city and Tyler-based Brookshire Grocery Co. have broken ground on a 66,000-sf grocery store for the grocer’s FRESH brand.
The project will bring about 200 jobs to the area.
The store will be Brookshire’s second under the FRESH brand.
Completion is set for late 2021.
