Hawaiian investment firm purchases Speedway Logistics Crossing

​​FORT WORTH – Hawaii-based James Campbell Co. has acquired Speedway Logistics Crossing,​ a newly built, 798,246-sf industrial complex. 

The two-building property on 55 acres two miles away from the intersection of I-35 and SH 114. 

Building features include 36-ft clear heights, 134 dock-high doors, 173 trailer parking spaces, and ESFR sprinkler systems. 

It was 82 percent leased at the time of sale.
