ELGIN – Houston-based The Jenkins Org. has broken ground on a 208-site RV resort under its Great Escapes brand.
Amenities will include a clubhouse with kitchen, resort-style pool, fitness center, outdoor grilling areas, and dog park.
Opening is set for winter 2021.
