SAN ANTONIO – Wheelock Street Capital has purchased Hotel Contessa, a 265-unit all-suite hotel at 306 W. Market St.
Built in 2005, the 12-story building has a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar, spa, and 10,000 sf of event space.
