PHOENIX – NexMetro is building three residential rental projects across North Texas.
Avilla Reserve will include 227 units at 1104 SH 114 in Justin. It opens this month.
The other two communities will be in Tarrant County and include 342 rental homes. Opening is set for next year.
The Avilla-branded communities have one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. Amenities include garages, covered parking, swimming pools, and spas.
