MIDLAND – Local apartment rents continued their 17-month downward trend in October, according to ApartmentList.com
Rents decreased 29.7 percent year over year, compared with a 2.1 percent statewide decline and 1.4 percent nationwide decline.
The median apartment rent rate is $734 for a one-bedroom and $897 for a two-bedroom apartment.
Odessa rents are also decreasing, falling 35.2 percent year over year last month.
