FREDERICKSBURG – The Texas Alliance of Land Brokers (TALB) is holding an eight-hour Texas Real Estate Commission continuing education course.
This advanced farm and ranch course update for 2020 is designed to give the real estate licensee a detailed interdisciplinary perspective on current brokerage farm and ranch practices.
It covers the practical day-to-day analysis of this unique area of the real estate business as well as providing legal perspectives.
Texas Real Estate Broker Dr. Charles Porter and Attorney Jason T. Hill will teach the class.
The course will be Friday., Nov. 20, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. at the Pioneer Pavilion at the Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park, 432 Lady Bird Dr. in Fredericksburg.
It costs $395 for TALB and Texas Land Brokers Network members and $495 for non-members. Registration is open online.
