RICHARDSON – The city council has approved the construction of a new apartment complex at 910 Spring Valley Plaza.
The 186-unit complex will have one- and two-bedroom floor plans with a 358-car parking garage.
Amenities will include a pool, spa area, and courtyard with playground and clubhouse.
The project will replace Huntington Townhomes, a 73-unit rental property. Current residents will be ordered to move by spring or early summer with demolition starting shortly thereafter.

Construction will begin by November 2021 and should take 18 months to complete.
