SAN ANTONIO – The NRP Group and the San Antonio Housing Authority have broken ground on The Legacy at Alazán, an 88-unit affordable apartment project at the northwest corner of Colorado and El Paso Streets.
The property will have one- to three-bedroom units, 80 of which will be reserved for residents making less than 30 percent of the area median income.
Construction begins this fall and will be complete by spring 2022.
