FORT WORTH – Jackson-Shaw has opened the 252-room, 16-story AC Hotel Fort Worth at 101 W. 5th St.
The hotel has gallery-like art installations, library, outdoor space, bar, 24-hour wellness center, and an independent coffee shop that will open later this year.
The property is owned and developed by Jackson-Shaw and managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts.
Development partners include Simmons Bank, Merriman Anderson Architects, Austin Commercial, and Epperson Company.
The hotel near Sundance Square is the first AC Hotels by Marriott in Tarrant County.
