FRISCO – PGA of America has started construction on its new 106,622-sf corporate headquarters.
The four-story building will include three floors of office space, a top-floor conference center, and outdoor terrace lounge space. It will house 150 corporate employees.
The facility will sit on 6.2 acres within the 660-acre PGA Frisco campus just south of US 380. The campus will have two new championship golf courses, a 500-room Omni Resort, and a golf entertainment district.
This public-private partnership teams PGA of America with Omni Stillwater Wood, the city, and the Frisco Independent School District.
Adolfson & Peterson Construction is the general contractor, and Cushman & Wakefield is the development advisor. Page Southerland and Page is the architect.
Opening is set for first quarter 2022.
