SAN ANTONIO – Casey Development is breaking ground on Tacara at Dove Creek, a 321-unit apartment complex at 189 Empresario Dr.
The property will offer studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Rents will range from $1,200 to $1,300 per month.
Amenities will include a fitness center, yoga studio, pet park, pool, and cabana with outdoor fireplaces and grilling spaces.
Construction begins in the fourth quarter and will wrap up by fall 2022.
Baxter Contracting is the general contractor. The SAGE Group is the designer.
