SAN ANTONIO – Alamo Community Group is developing Cattleman Square Lofts, a 140-unit apartment complex at 811 W. Houston St.
The complex will have studios and one- and two-bedroom units. Rents will range from $329 to $1,200 per month.
A historically designated building is also on the property. It will be rehabilitated and house apartments and the leasing office.
Construction begins in first quarter 2021.
The SAGE Group designed the project.
