LUBBOCK – Valencia Hotel Group is finishing work on Cotton Court Hotel, a 165-room boutique hotel at 1610 Broadway St.
Amenities will include a pool, restaurant and bar, courtyard, outdoor gathering space, and 3,500 sf of indoor meeting and event space.
The hotel will open in early fall.
