NEW BRAUNFELS – Trendmaker Homes Inc. is building 47 single-family homes in the 700-acre, 1,500-home Meyer Ranch master-planned community at 1386 Founders Park.
Trendmaker’s portion, called the River Collection at Meyer Ranch, will offer plans ranging from 1,923 to 2,986 sf.
Amenities will include a covered pavilion, dog play area, amphitheater, and open lawn.
