Construction wraps on Bay Area Business Park

PASADENA – ​​​Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners has completed construction work on the 3.3 million-sf Bay Area Business Park. The third and final phase, whi​ch encompasses three buildings totaling 1.3 million sf, delivered​ last month.
