AUSTIN – Dallas-based Stonelake Capital Partners has purchased Ben White 6, a 90,000-sf industrial building at 3910 S. Industrial Dr.  The property has a 22-ft clear height and 30-by-30-ft column spacing. Rialto Development LLC picks up two office buildings

Colliers: Houston office market weakens in 2Q2020
