Hines lands major tenant for Houston's tallest office tower

HOUSTON – A financial services firm has signed a 250,000-sf lease ​​in the JPMorgan Chase Tower, the city’s ​tallest office building.

The 75-story office tower at 600 Travis St. was purchased by Hines and Cerberus Capital Management. ​The owners are renovating the project.

St. Louis-based HOK designed the renovation.​
