FORT WORTH – Civitas Senior Living has completed construction of The Grandview of Chisholm Trail, a senior-living community at 8533 Brewer Blvd.
The community has 66 assisted-living units and 21 memory-care residences.
Journey Capital was the codeveloper. Arrive Architects, Ridgemont Commercial Construction, and Senior By Design were also on the development team.
