SAN ANTONIO – Terramark Urban Homes is developing the second phase of its City Center development.
The city’s Historic and Design Review Commission approved a certificate this week for the company to construct six buildings on an empty lot at Center, N. Cherry, and N. Swiss Streets.
The 18 three-story row houses will be a mix of duplexes and four-plexes. Units will average 1,670 sf and range from $390,000 to $415,000.
Construction will start later this year and take between 12 and 18 months.
