First phase of $1B Celina residential community opens

​​CELINA – Cambridge Cos. has opened the first phase of the $1 billion, 639-acre Cambridge Crossing community just west of the Dallas North Tollway.

Phase one has 330 homes starting in the low $300,000s.

The project will eventually include 1,600 homes, a 6,700-sf clubhouse, 89 acres of open space, and mixed-use, office, and retail buildings.

Homebuilders include Coventry Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, and UnionMain Homes.
