MESQUITE – Conor Commercial Real Estate has broken ground on the Skyline Commerce Center, a two-building, 198,000-sf industrial project on South Buckner Blvd., just south of I-30.
The new office and warehouse campus will include one building with about 135,000 sf and another with more than 62,000 sf.
The buildings are scheduled for completion late this year.
