SAN ANTONIO – Vaquero Ventures is developing a 334,790-sf apartment complex at 1220 E. Commerce St.
The complex will have 352 studio and one- and two-bedroom units averaging 746 sf.
Amenities will include a fitness center, lounge, pickleball court, two swimming pools, and a multilevel garage with 459 spaces.
The project is valued at $5.4 million.
