DALLAS – The Hub and 6500 South, two multifamily assets, have been sold for $82 million.
The Hub is a 168-unit property at 2604 Furrs St. in Arlington. The 536-unit 6500 South is at 6500 S. Cockrell Hill Rd.
Marcus & Millichap represented the sellers, Medera Residential and Intercapital Group, and procured the private buyers.
