LIBERTY HILL – Toll Brothers Inc. is developing Regency at Santa Rita Ranch, a more than 1,000-home active-living community at 175 Elizabeth Park Blvd.
Homes will range from the upper $300,000s to $600,000s.
The community will be within the 3,100-acre master-planned Santa Rita Ranch community.
Toll Brothers will build 116 homes by August. A grand opening will be held in early 2022.
