HUTTO – Albuquerque-based Titan Development Ltd. is developing the Hutto Mega TechCenter on 188 acres in northeast Austin.
Plans currently include over two million sf of high-tech industrial space. Buildings will range from 200,000 sf to one million sf. The project will be built on spec.
Titan will break ground by the end of the year.
