GEORGETOWN – Texas Speed & Performance Ltd. has signed a 172,428-sf lease in the first phase of the 146-acre NorthPark35 Industrial Park.
TSP will occupy Building I at 101 Velocity Dr.
The first phase also includes a 158,351-sf building. The second phase is underway.
