SAN ANTONIO – Oxbow Development Group is building a nine-story mixed-use project near the San Antonio River.
Plans call for 250 to 275 apartment units and 30,000 sf of commercial space.
The 2.2-acre site currently houses a 34,000-sf industrial building.
Construction begins in 2024. Completion is slated for late 2026.
