PLANO – Drawbridge Realty Trust has purchased the HQ53 office building at 5301 Headquarters Dr. in Legacy business park.
Completed in 2021 by Cawley Partners, the 248,861-sf building houses the headquarters for Aimbridge Hospitality.
Designed by BOKA Powell, the office includes a fitness center, conference center, and a ground-floor patio lounge.
Newmark Group brokered the sale.
