SAN ANTONIO – Prattco Creekway Industrial has purchased a 174,821-sf warehouse and light manufacturing facility at 4958 Stout Dr.
The warehouse has 22-ft clear heights, 12 dock-high doors, two drive-in ramps, and 270 parking spaces.
JLL represented the seller, Ledo Capital Group, and procured the buyer.
