GEORGETOWN – Novak Brothers Development is partnering with Trinity Private Equity Group on a 256-unit luxury multifamily project.
The Summit Lofts will be the last phase of construction in the 32-acre Summit at Rivery Park master-planned community.
When complete, the three-acre apartment project will include a seven-story parking garage with 494 spaces, fitness center, and rooftop pool.
