DALLAS – Apricus Realty Capital has acquired a nine-acre industrial outdoor storage facility at 11801 C.F. Hawn Fwy.
The fenced facility was fully leased when sold.
It also houses more than 200 truck and trailer parking spaces and a 12,950-sf building for repairs and maintenance.
