LEANDER – Obsidian Capital Co. will start work this summer on Glenwood Apartments at 2804 Bagdad Rd.
The 95,250-sf complex will have 84 apartments, 126 parking spaces, amenity center, and Internet café.
The site will also have 10,000 sf of retail and office space.
Glenwood will be complete by spring 2023.
