DALLAS – KKR has acquired TCC Altamoore, a 616,000-sf industrial park, from Trammell Crow Co.
Built in 2021, the property consists of a 298,168-sf and 206,917-sf building that are both fully leased.
The third 110,960-sf building is currently being marketed for lease.
