KATY – Johnson Development and Plow Realty are developing 1,146 acres in Waller County for a housing community.
The project, near Morton Rd. and FM 2855, will have 2,800 homes.
Infrastructure work will start in second quarter 2023 with builders receiving homesites in fourth quarter 2024.
