GRAND PRAIRIE – The new Gateway at Grand Prairie district is welcoming its first two developments.

First up is a major league cricket stadium backed by Hillwood. Capable of seating 7,500, the stadium is on the north side of I-30. It will be completed next month.

The second project will be a 310-unit rental community with a six-story and seven-story building. The project, from OHT Partners, is at I-30 and South Belt Line Rd.

Gateway at Grand Prairie covers 160 acres. It was planned by Omniplan alongside the construction of new frontage roads.
