DALLAS – Gold’s Gym has leased 26,428 sf in the Lofts at Lincoln Centre at the Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Fwy.
The space started out as a private club building with a gym.
TIAA has owned Lincoln Centre since 2005 and is making upgrades to the entire three-tower office complex.
Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the deal.
