HOUSTON – Furniture supplier KHD Group has signed a 156,483-sf lease to occupy Raceway Northwest Distribution Center at 9707 Fairbanks North Houston Rd.
The facility has a 36-ft clear height, 25 dock-high doors, and parking for 109 vehicles and 22 trailers.
